The 2.5-3.5t high-voltage lithium battery rough terrain forklifts are independently-developed lithium battery rough terrain products that combine the advantages of XH series high-voltage lithium battery forklifts and rough terrain internal combustion forklifts. Representing a breakthrough over the traditional design and a new generation of rough terrain forklifts, the forklift of this series is equipped with pioneered front and rear dual-motor forklift high-voltage drive systems and a new high-voltage platform to offer both the performance of rough terrain forklift and comfort of an electric forklift.

Excellent vision

With a clear, panoramic line of sight through both the mast and overhead guard, the design enhances handling precision and manoeuvrability.

Energy saving and high efficiency

  • Both the drive and operating systems are efficient, vehicle-grade, permanent magnet synchronization systems with low energy consumption.
  • With super fast charging technology, the long-lasting, large-capacity lithium battery can be fully charged in approximately 1.5 hours so that waiting time is significantly reduced.
  • The LED lighting system of the vehicle has low energy consumption and a longer service life.

Safety and reliability

  • The wet brake drive axle and the large swing angle steering drive axle, for rough terrain internal combustion forklifts, offers versatility and guaranteed quality.
  • Electrical connectors of the vehicle are designed to be waterproof and the main high-voltage electrical components reach the dust and water resistance level of IP67. The electrical system has high-voltage interlocking capability.
  • The MSD maintenance switch enables one-click power-down and therefore delivers safer maintenance.
  • Each product of this series is equipped with a CATL lithium battery and can be equipped with an optional automatic fire extinguisher for even safer use. The suspended shock-absorbing battery pack offers high reliability.

Comfort and convenience

  • The multi functional colour-screen instruments are designed to give graphical interfaces and clear display data.
  • The fully enclosed instrument cover and the low-noise gear pump further reduce the noise of the vehicle.
  • The wide-opened hood, detachable front and rear baseplates, alongside the detachable double water tank lids, facilitate easy repair and maintenance.

2WD Rough Terrain Diesel Forklift 2.5 – 10t

Offering supreme performance and longevity, our two wheel drive rough terrain forklifts boasts two forward & one reverse gears resulting in higher speeds and greater grade ability. Perfect for moving heavy loads across rugged terrains, they can be easily operated in harsh environments such as mud, snow or ice. As a result, they make the perfect partner in lumber yards, retail, brick, block, and pipe applications. Tough and compact in every sense, the reliable truck is equipped with wide-base tires and enhanced brakes which provide ultimate traction. This allows operators to drive them over uneven or loose terrain and climb slopes as steep as 45 degrees.

Maximum performance & comfort

When developing the HC Two Wheel Drive Rough Terrain Forklift, comfort and ease of operation was at the top of the list. Improved shock absorbers, compound engine damper and a full floating seat have all been included for a better driving experience. The 2WD Rough Terrain Forklift offers greater control and cornering stability even in harsh environments.

A more accurate steering response makes driving and lifting more precise. This makes it easier to change direction at high speed without the risk of the vehicle going into a spin. In a normal two-wheel steering system, the rear wheels do not turn in the direction of the curve.

4WD Rough Terrain Diesel Forklift 2.5 – 10t

Our 4 Wheel Drive Rough Terrain Forklift is built to handle diverse outdoor construction and loading tasks. With a top speed of 26km/h, it features three forward gears, one reverse, and improved suspension for comfort and easy operation. With lift capacities up to 10 tonnes, it’s ideal for brick, block, and pipe applications.

A low 270mm ground clearance provides a low centre of gravity, boosting manoeuvrability and keeping the truck moving even in tough conditions. The transmission system maximises engine performance at low revolutions, saving fuel, reducing noise, and extending engine life.

Maximum performance, whatever the weather

Operated by internal combustion engines, our four wheel drive rough terrain forklifts have inflatable tires with thick tread. This ensures maximum performance on uneven surfaces. The steering ability in our 4WD Rough Terrain Forklift is developed, providing greater turning for enhanced manoeuvrability and efficiency. In a normal two-wheel steering system, the rear wheels do not turn in the direction of the curve, whereas in four-wheel steering the rear wheels turn with the front wheels.
